Reservations

During the peak season (July and August) you can only book for one-week minimum (usually from Saturday to Saturday) or more. During the off-peak season (May, June and September) reservations can be made from 3 days onwards to the same prices as mentioned above. For a stay shorter than 3 days the price will be increased by 20 percent.

On the day of arrival the apartment is available from 2 p.m. The return must be made until 11 a.m. on departure.

Reservation modalities
Reservations can be made in written form, by telephone or e-mail and will be confirmed in written form or e-mail subsequently. A deposit of Euro 120,– (to the account mentioned below) is required for a reservation and a pay-in slip has to be transmitted. You can consider that a reservation has been made for you, when you receive confirmation. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

Reservations can be cancelled only in written form or by e-mail four weeks or more before the arrival. In that case the deposit will be refunded. In the event of a late cancellation or you do not turn-up, the deposit will be retained.

In the event of a late arrival, after 24 hours the reservation is cancelled and we retain the right to rent the apartment.
